Apple logo stuck on screen

My Apple Watch appears to be in recovery mode I believe Because the Apple logo is on the screen and it keeps blinking off and on every few mins now and it’s on the charger and plugged into my laptop. I dropped it amd it kept working and then stopped and now it’s doing this. Frustrated big time
