I have the Infograph compilation face on my iWatch with the Pedometer selected so I can see my steps at all times. Suddenly, it is now showing the number of steps as it always has--only the Pedometer icon. How can I fix this, please?

Yes, Pedometer from the app store. Has always worked until today :(
