M1 MacBook Pro camera not working

My camera on my brand new M1 MacBook Pro was working perfectly .. and then suddenly while i was using MS Teams App, i turned my camera off but the green light remained on. I shut the laptop down and restarted and the camera no longer works.

macOS Ventura flickering screen I updated my Macbook Air M1 to Ventura on Monday 24 Oct. Within a few hours my screen started to flicker. I rebuild the machine using a USB drive (Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support) After a few hours it started again. I notice this happens when I am using IntelliJ Idea Ultimate. Has anyone else encounter this issue? Perhaps when doing something that will use up a lot resources? I don't mind going back to Monterey I just hate the long process of rebuilding/setting up a machine.
