Anyway apple can introduce a way to block a whole group or have a quick block option other than going into every individual to block them? Or maybe block email txts?
I've been receiving spam texts and people keep responding to the group texts and making it worse.

Spammers can spoof sending addresses and sending telephone numbers for each message, which renders that blocking useless.
Submit some telecommunications feedback to your legislative representatives, too.

Just delete the spam messages. There is nothing that you (or anyone else) can do about them, and blocking them is useless because the spammers generally don’t reuse an account. If you can find a solution to this world-wide problem you should be eligible for a Nobel prize.
