Podcasts on iPad Pro under iOS 14.5

I am having problems with Podcasts on an iPad Pro 10.5 (256 memory).

  1. When I download latest episodes, the app freezes.
  2. I have trouble creating a playlist- app freezes sometimes; at other times app does not accept my changes.
  3. I can no longer maintain my playlist 


Would appreciate any suggestions!
