Apple Classroom

Apple Classroom is showing all of my students offline and the student iPad says disconnected. I can not add anyone to my classroom and when I delete them from the classroom, they are not removed. Once I delete the student iPad from the settings of that iPad, classroom no longer shows up. My teacher iPad is up to date on iOS and so is the student iPad. Any help would be great!
