Replacing headphones
Hello. My name is Vyacheslav Papko. I'm from Belarus, Minsk.29.09.2020 I bought an iPhone SE/64 complete with factory headphones . This was my first purchase of Apple products.This was the most expensive model at the time. The warranty for the smartphone and headphones is 1 year from the date of purchase.Unfortunately, in April 2021, the headphones stopped working, although no external damage was found. I contacted the Kenfordbel Service Center . I was told that my case is not guaranteed, because internal damage to the connector was found. In Belarus, such headphones cost about $ 40 separately. I am very outraged by the fact that at this price, the headphones do not work even for 1 year in normal operation. At the same time, Chinese brands strictly comply with the warranty conditions.
