Is it too hot to leave your hand on the iPad's screen while you are using the iPad?

If you are using the iPad while it is trying to charge, your iPad will heat up more ( so does the power/charging adaptef ) as the iPad is both discharging and try to charge the battery all at the same time.

Hot or warm? If it gets hot then you need to show it to the reseller you purchased it from. If it is warm its ok, remove any cover you have while charging.

As long as your iPad doesn't get too hot to touch while it’s charging, the back of the iPad getting warm is normal.
