I want to download a profile from prey to update the push certificate. There are no other profiles on my iPhone 8. If I look under settings-general, I can’t see a menu option for profiles and device management. I can do it on my iPad. Suggestions please

It sounds like Catch 22. I want to install a profile but because there isn’t a profile already, I can’t install it. How do you install the first profile?
It seems that you have provided instructions for a procedure that will not work unless there is a profile already. I can’t be the first person to have this problem.

If you can NOT see the Profiles and device management menu, it is because there is no profile installed on your iPhone.
You must install one first before the menu becomes visible.
