I recently went over to the Iphone 12. All the data transfered but the device management is missing from settings. There is also no profile and device management option under general in settings.
Please help as I have tried installing the certificate that my organisation provided but it is not accepting.
You shall most likely have to re-install that Device Management Profile, in other words, re-install the Organization profile on your new iPhone. Speak with your Organization's IT Dept. They might have specific security settings in place ... for eg. to first delete your old Phone from their end before adding your new phone, etc.

Hi, I have tried this but the App with the certificate is working perfectly. The issue is that the certificate can't be loaded on my new Iphone as there is no Device manager present on the new Iphone.
