Phone restart panic Full

I have rewritten this statement 5 times since my phone keeps restarting before I get to finish. I’m writing this in notes so I can copy and paste here. It’s 6:12 pm and phone restarted at 6:15pm. Then restarted at ___pm.  I got this phone on 12/15/2020 (from the apple store) and had no issues at the beginning. Now my phone has restarted almost 17 times today alone (out of nowhere). The analytics log says panic-full-2021-05-06 and i don’t know what to do anymore.
