Someone’s got access to my device?

Do you know who’s got access to my iPhone and all my information I’m having so much trouble since I opened iCloud for the first time about a month ago there is jr my son we’re the only ones with the on email I’m using my nickname for now hopefully I can resolve this problem we’re from Alberta and nobody should have this name in other provinces or country I’m supposed to cancel all subscription so I can change region information on the account so it says in media account ,what is going on with this iPhone problem with my ID,Identity problem are sure it’s not my son from Alberta
