stuck in a review loop
adding an app requests verify login I do so , says this apple id has not been used in store yet hit review to login. I do so and keeps asking to log in.

Thank you for posting on Apple Support Communities. If your App Store is stuck in a loop when trying to download and app try doing this:
Sign out of the App Store by going to Settings - Your name - Media & Purchases - Sign out. Then, restart your device, and go back to the Settings and sign back in to the App Store. Next, try to download an app again. This time it should work and the sign in loop should stop.
