Sign In Review

After I put in my password to get an app, it tells me that my AppleID has never been used in the App Store and I need to review my information. It asks for my username and password, although the little text box only says password. My email doesn’t work, my password doesn’t work, both don’t work together. It just pops up again when I press enter. What do I do?
