trying to do back up thru iTunes

hello I am trying to do a backup thru iTunes but I don't know where to look for iTunes on my MacBook Pro

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

If your computer is running Mojave or earlier, iTunes will be in the Applications folder.

If your computer is running Catalina or newer, iPhone backups are handled in the Finder.
