Based on your post it sounds like you’re attempting to sync a calendar account on your iPhone and are possibly receiving an error. 

If you’re receiving an error, can you tell us what it says? Also, if this is an email account, were you able to add the account for Mail and then toggle on Calendars? Here’s how to do that. Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Many times setting it up that way will allow you to turn on Mail, Contacts, Calendars and any other data available to sync, depending on the account provider. 

Let us know the answers there and we’ll keep pushing forward on this issue.

We can certainly provide you with the details on how to add an account to your iPhone. You’ll find that information under the section, ‘Set up a calendar account’ here Set up mail, contacts, and calendar accounts Be sure that you’re tapping ‘Other’ and then ‘Add a calendar account’. You’ll need to get the CalDAV server information from the calendar provider. That’s not something we’re able to provide you.

We may be able to offer additional support if you’ll let us know of any error messages you’re seeing and the exact verbiage of that message. 

Should you continue to run in to an issue connecting with a third-party server, we recommend you reach out to the server provider for further assistance.

Thank you for this thread. I have Iphone 8+ ver. 14.6. I use AOL for mail and calendar. Lately my calendar reminders are not showing up on my Iphone calendar. THEY USED TO. When I go to CalDav I can see dots for a password. But which password would that be? it's possible that I do not have the correct or updated pw. Who knows these days with them changing all the time.

I need help to sync my desktop AOL calendar and the reminders (are they called reminders?) to my cell phone.

If I can't fix this it renders my Iphone calendar to just a calendar and not very purposeful for me.
