Setting up Iphone replacement

firstly, I can't pair my old iphone7 plus with a new replacement for my damaged iphone 12 pro max. Given, that I have in the past paired my Iphone 7 plus with the damaged Iphone 12 pro max and was unable to unpair. This painstaking process has resulted in total data loss for me in all my devices.


Secondly, who is *****@hotmail.com on my newly purchased Iphone?

I have been asked to create a new password more than 5 times in less than 24 hours and I still can't set up a phone.


This process shouldn't be this difficult

Where's the Replacement From?:

Is this a replacement that Apple gave you? If so, contact Apple Support -- the Apple Customer on there may be mishap on Apple's part. If need be, perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep to show this to them.
