Cannot Reset Security Questions
My name is Star and I am trying to use 'find my iphone service' to locate my father: Haviv, who has dementia.
When I login to his account: ***@gmail.com, after I specify the correct password, I am requested to answer some security questions that I do not have the answer for.
Can you please enable me reset these questions so that I can use the service and find my father when needed?
My father's backup email is mine: ***@gmail.com.
