Apple Ipad pro won’t turn on. Took it to Apple store, It is 14 days out of warranty. Their diagnostic couldn’t tell me what is wrong. $649 to send off to repair. No trade in value for a new one. I loved Apple until this. Anyone know how to tell what caused the failure? Is it worth calling Apple tier 2 ? It was a gift to someone else and I feel terrible.
