Accidentally clicked a spam link from the text message

Hello, when I was trying to forward the spam message to 7726, but I accidentally hold on to the spam link which made it open in Safari in a small screen, I swiped away before the website loaded, so I have no clue what was on it, and it appeared to have a history record in Safari.

I immediately disconnect from the Internet, I cleared my data and history in safari and google, I also change few passwords, disconnect from my MacBook, and reset the iPhone (only reset all settings, not erase everything), I would like to make sure what else I need to do to keep it safe. And should I scan for virus or Malware? If I do, which app do you recommend to do so. Thanks for your support I am very worry.
