no ring tone
Can't get ring tone for emails or text checked sounds and haptics and notifications and they are all ok also check privacy and it is off

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207099
Do Not Disturb: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204321
