Family Plan - iCloud

Family member finally has an iPhone, and has access to shared content as shown on my phone: music, iCloud and Apple TV+.


However, her phone doesn’t show access to shared iCloud. How can this be resolved? She is not paying for her own storage and has access to part of my family plans…

Do all family members have their own unique Apple ID? If not, and you are sharing Apple IDs, that is actually not Family Sharing. There is nothing else you can do.

If you are using Family Sharing properly according to:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

then see and follow the steps in:

Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support
