Email Query

How do I print a document that is in an email I received, but the page break falls within the document? If I print the document, it will be on two pages!

If the document is embedded in the body of the email, right click on it to open it with an application. Then print from the application that opened it, and if you want to keep it to 1 page, use Page Setup in the application or the Scale parameter in the print dialogue to shrink the document to a size that will print on one page.

If it is an email attachment, save it to your computer and then open it in an application and follow instructions above.

If you are printing from the Mail application, try experimenting with the scaling parameter (100% - 75% - 50% etc.) to see if you can move the page break to where it works out of for you. You can also change the orientation in the print dialogue to see if that moves the page break to an ok spot.
