The Finder sorts them by file name or file date, not EXIF created date. So to get the files in the order you want them do one of these three methods:
1 - arrange them in the correct order in an album, select and export with then new File name to be the Album name + a sequential number, i.t. Album Name - 1 of 48.jpg, etc.
2 - same again but with the File name = Sequential which allows you to add the first part of the file name:
and that give you this: Sequential - 1.jpeg, etc.
OR
3 - download and run this AppleScript on the files in the album which lets you to add the first of the file and add a padded sequential number at the end: Batch Change Title to Text w/Padded Sequential Numbers.
The script compiled as an application can be downloaded from this tutorial site: P01 - Applescripts from Photos’ User Tips Compiled as Applications
Then export the files with the option to use the Title as the new file name. That will give you this: Incredible-Places-On-Earth-01, Incredible-Places-On-Earth-02, etc.
NOTE: it's best to put the image files in a folder and add the folder to the SanDisk particularly if the SanDisk is formatted for PCs.
