There is almost nothing you can dowithout Home button. You need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options...

Without the use of your iPad's Home button, then there are things you will NOT be able to do without this working.

Like being able to do hard resets of this iPad, for example.

You will either need to get the Home button fixed/repaired, first, either by Apple or by an Apple device qualified, competent, third party electronics repair center OR purchase another iPad with a working Home button.

With a dead Home button, that iPad is dead in the water and your data will be forever stuck inside of that device.
