My phone's sound only comes out the ear speaker
The sound of my phone just comes out from the ear speaker, regardless of the app I am using (youtube, Netflix or Safari).

Please see: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support.
If it still doesn't work, learn about repair options: Get Support.
