i just upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max to IOS 14.5.1. 3 days ago. Since yesterday my apps freeze and rarely open, my iPhone restarts constantly and the device experience is no longer enjoyable.
Q1. How many others have this experience

It’s a software problem that occurred only after updating to IOS 14.5.1. I have not installed any new apps since before then and my apps are updated. I have wiped my iPhone and downloaded new copy of the IOS. Still same result.
shut down is unpredictable and might occur once in a while or several times in a 5 minutes spell.
app freeze is still the same.
please help
