IPhone X has been freezing up lately

What’s going on with the iPhone X? It’s been freezing up on me since I updated the software to 14 / 14.5.

I had to do a full reboot the first time though my Mac & it kinda worked for a short time. It’s freezing up again. Can’t turn it off
