I bought my husband a iMac 24" and now the mouse is frozen and the bluetooth is trying to find the mouse but unable. I tried the turning off and on of the mmouse2 and the keyboard many times already. What else can I do to fix this problem?

Thank you very much! I was not familiar with the wireless mouse and almost pried the mouse open looking for the battery slot. So easy to plug underneath the mouse to the computer for battery charge!
