The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is composed of representatives from various national standards organisations.

Founded on 23 February 1947, the organisation promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial, and commercial standards.

Emoji country flags are based on ISO 3166-1: a list of internationally recognised two-letter country codes.

Apple is using these standards as ... well, basically as a standard.

I do not think that Apple Communities is the appropriate forum to raise this issue.

Can I suggest you start with https://www.un.org/en/about-us/about-un-membership
