You should be able to just connect the Nokia 3.4 via USB cable and tell the phone to use mass storage mode or whatever the Android 11 dialog presents. Then the phone should mount on your desktop and allow you to directly access the video and drag/drop it onto the Mac. This avoids accidentally installing malware from a non-developer download aggregation site.

Similarly, you can transfer the video using Bluetooth transfer mode between the phone and the Mac.

Nokia made software to migrate media and contacts for S60V3 phones between Windows and Macs, and the Nokia N900/N950/N9 Maemo Harmattan phones, but that software would be completely incompatible with Android Nokia phones which did not exist when that software was written.

In the Android Settings, is there a selection available that allows you to enable USB Mass Storage mode after connecting the Nokia phone to your Mac with a USB cable?

The only Nokia phone I have here is a 2011 N9 that is not running Android, and there are no Android devices in the house to work this problem from here.

Here is a link to the online Nokia's 3.4 User Guide where it discusses what you do to move photos and videos to your computer.
