Hi I’ve broken my phone and the screen isn’t working, I’ve found a temporary phone to use, however I can’t receive the verification code as my old phone won’t work. How can I use my new phone with the same Apple ID?

Various sections contain information that is key to you being able to set up and use a different telephone to get a verification code you can use. Failing that you can ask for account recovery.

Sign into your account at https://appleid.apple.com/ and add your new number, then sign out of iCloud and back in again on your devices.
