Google search engine being blocked

Google searches are being blocked on my iPhone. Every other search engine works, but Google search is being blocked in both Safari and chrome! I’ve restarted phone, reset system settings, restarted apps, switched networks between T-Mobile and my AT&T Wi-Fi, is it an Apple versus Google problem?

How do you say it is blocked? What message do you get?

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.

There is no notification, no response except the thin blue loading line starts and never progresses. In the search bar from Chrome or Safari, I enter a term, try several different terms, and it just searches the network for eternity... nothing on the page loads at all, no notification, and the only timeout is the phone goes to sleep eventually. If I type a Domain name, the site loads up instantly. Go to google.com and the search page loads, but type a search in the entry field on the page and it goes to the same blank page I mentioned as above and never loads, just as if I'd entered it in the search bar. Other search engines load and search with immediate results. This is an intermittent problem. Now today it works, but I've had this problem several times over the past 2 months. At first I thought it was just me, but I'm seeing this pop up in questions around the net, and my son had this issue with his iphone recently as well - at the same time as mine, but we tried it both through ATT wifi and T-Mobile cell data, and the problem persists. iPhone 7 (both phones mentioned) fully updated. The problem persists even after a restart.
