I FOUND A FIX!
Go to listen now at the bottom left, then click your profile in the top right. The reason you can’t share them is because you haven’t set up an actual Apple Music profile. Make that profile and you’ll be able to share again

Hi FredZepplin2020,
Thanks for reaching out about sharing a playlist with Apple Music. We can help with this. What happens when you try to share it? Do you get an error message? Have you tried to send it to different people? If not, try that to make sure there isn't an issue with just one person.
Use these steps on how to share a playlist:
Take Care.
I am also having the same issue. Share option is no longer there. All songs in playlist still able to be played in Apple Music so it's not an issue with a song that has become unavailable on AM. NONE of my playlists have the share option. iCloud sync is turned on.
Just fixed this. On the Playlist you want to send:
The "Share Playlist" option should now appear when you hit the three dot ellipsis.
If you haven't set up your Apple Music profile you may need to do that first. To do that, go to your "Listen Now" page on Apple Music, hit the Face button on upper right and follow prompts.
I think sharing our playlists on our Apple Music profile is the price we now pay to share them...but you can control who sees your Apple Music profile by hitting Edit on your profile homepage and selecting "People You Approve" under "Who Can Follow Your Activity".
I was suffering from the same problem as many users. The answer lies in two responses.
Hopefully this helps some people!
barrett 116, did you read the thread? Here’s one of the many posts that explains the solution:

Got it working on iO 14.7.1
On the Playlist you want to share
At this point the "Share Playlist" is still missing - Now we need to un toggle "Show on My Profile and in Search"
The "Share Playlist" option should now appear when you hit the three dot ellipsis.
Enjoy
The "Share" option is no longer available on your playlist if you've updated your iPhone or iPad to 14.5.1. While if your device is running a version before 14.5.1, chances are that you can share your playlist as you want. The steps of doing this are shown below.
On iOS devices running a version after 14.5.1, you can use some third-party transfer tool to export your playlist first and then with your friends. Though this might be a little bit time-consuming, it is indeed helpful. If you don't know which tool to use, consider using this iPhone data transfer tool - EaseUS MobiMover to get the job done.
Same thing. No new playlists created are able to be shared. You can go to Apple Music on a Mac and get the share link though. So it's June 22nd now and it's still not fixed?! Wow. Reminds me of the iTunes neglect all over again.
I was having the same problem. You have to go into Listen Now, and click on your account icon. It’ll give you an option to sign up for Music+ friends. After you sign up it will let you make your playlists public so you can share them.
All you gotta do it make sure u created a profile then click the 3 dots while on the playlist you are trying to share and click the thumbs down icon at the bottom and then I click it and get out the app and go back to the playlist and click the 3 dots and it should pop up. This worked for me
OMG!! This was the best, step-by-step resolution that a non-techy person such as myself, completely understood!! Thank you! When people google this, your response should be the first. I’m lucky that I kept scrolling because everyone was saying the same thing.
go to Apple Music website on your laptop... there is "share" option... click on it and select the copy link... but don't share... when you do this action, it automatically activates "share" option on your iPhone Playlist dropdown....
This applies to iTunes on the Desktop. I think most here are looking for a remedy on the iOS Music app. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be one. At least, that I have found. Conclusion, this is the only fix post 14.5.1 update. Fin.
