Why isn't my new iPhone 11Pro suggesting strong passwords?

I recently upgraded to new iPhone as well and had this issue. Turns out my Keychain was off. As soon as I turned it on, I started getting strong password suggestions again. Go to your settings > AppleID > iCloud > scroll down and swipe Keychain on. Hope this works for you!
