How do I request my iPhone to set a secure password for me?

On a website?
Typically the iPhone will suggest a password when you are creating an account or changing your password on a website.
But I believe that website needs to be coded correctly so that the iPhone recognizes it as password/credential fields.
You can manually add passwords too. If you go to Settings > Passwords, tap the + in the upper right.. it will have you fill out a website, username and password. when you tap the password field, it should suggest a strong password. You'd just save it and then use it on a website or in an app.
