Dirty rear camera module on XS Max?

Hello, I bought an iPhone XS Max off a relative. The back glass is broken as well as the camera glass, exposing the camera module. I tried to clean the dust off the module but there still is dust on the lens (see image attached). Does anyone know how to rectify this?

You seem to have tried all it’s possible and I can conclude the dirt is inside the camera itself. It happens every now and then when cameras suffer a crash, it happens and there’s nothing one can do to remove it. Nothing you could have caused yourself during removal anyway.

I think replacing or fixing the camera from apple service center would be better.
