Dust inside front camera lens of Iphone 14 pro max

It’s not even a month and I noticed dust particle between camera lens and the screen of my front camera. I even got it checked from nearest authorised apple service centre in my location. Even they claim that there is a foreign material inside the screen of my phone. I don’t wish to get it repaired rather I want to get this phone replaced as opening up the phone may break the original packaging of the device. Where’s the quality control board of apple heading to??

I’m very much unsatisfied with this service.
