Battery Health Dropped on iPhone 12 pro

Its been 3month using my New iPhone 12 pro and it decreased battery health by 98% after updating to 14.5.1

also games like Pubg Mobile has lag issue.

please solve this problem and recalibrate the battery health of iPhone 12 pro models also.

it is very disappointed to me. I was an android user but shifting to Apple and facing problems like this are not expected.

How can an update 14.5.1 decrease my battery health to 98% from 100%

that makes no sense!
