Replacing airpod pros
Airpod pros were stolen they are still under warranty do I need to pay for replacement when it will cost me more then what I originally paid for them brand new

Warranties do not cover theft and loss. You can check what it will cost you here -> AirPods Repair - Official Apple Support
You can probably shop around and find a new set for less money.
