Siri doesn’t speaks when a question is asked, but instead it writes everything is fine in settings, my iOS software is 14.5.1, even when I restarted it, the same thing happens.
(ex): if I say “hey siri” what’s the weather?
Siri responded with a information on the screen but it didn’t say anything.

Try going into settings and then under Siri and search tap Siri responses and you should see options for spoken responses.
if that doesn’t work try resetting all settings
