how can i install OS X 10.12.0 on my 2011 mac pro

i can't seem to update my 2011 mac book pro with OS X 10.12.0

You may Upgrade to a 'newer macOS' High Sierra ~ depending on your Mac specs.

• macOS High Sierra 10.13 can upgrade Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion

[The Safari browser (even if depreciated) would be the one to
