Microphone not working

My iPhone 6s microphone not working in third party apps like WhatsApp snapchat instagram.. all kinda permissions are given from the settings kindly help..

Apps won’t connect to my microphone in privacy settings. Not sure how to go about fixing that. apps on my phone won’t ask my phone for permission to use the microphone. They won’t connect and when I go to the security page they don’t show up as an option.
