When I want to add a photo to an e-mail using Apple Mail, I click on the Photo Browser icon and it won't open. I suspect it has something to do with my January 2021 upgrade from an older OS to Catalina.
Any suggestions how I can fix this?

Drag your photo to the Desk top first, attach to mail from there.
