Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I’ve been getting texts lately from 929-280-1125 saying they will be locking my phone soon and to scan. I just ignore it as spam and block the message but it comes back daily.
what is this and how to report it?

have you tried to block them? Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
if you were to report it to anybody it should be your carrier, apple has no power over who can call or sms who
