Hello I am a bit distressed. I attempted multiple times to send my girlfriend a Starbucks e card via text for Mother’s Day. And when I double click to verify and process - it says it failed.
but my bank account has been charged multiple times now and not a single text e card was sent. Help please
No. It’s in the text apps on my iPhone. I’ve sent numerous ones to her without issue. But now when I double click to face verify and pay on my phone - the circle spins for like 10 seconds and says it fails. But my bank account argues otherwise.
Are you sending this via the Starbucks App? If you are, you need to contact Starbucks for help.
Where are you buying the e-card from? Apple doesn't sell Starbucks e-cards.
