Apple Watch 6 screen flicker when raise to wake.

For me it does it for all clockfaces that I use, which include either no or only stock Apple complications

It’s very annoying and unfair to experience this. It does it with infograph only, which is the most popular one. I don’t this is accidental… 🤔🙄

Yes for me too. Very annoying, I think Apple does with purpose to get the newer model coming. Every year I experience something similar like a twist in the new updates before new hardware coming out. 🤬

Even I am facing the same problem of screen flickering after the latest update. I had updated my watch to the latest update of 7.5 after which my watch has started flickering when I raise my arm. I had been to the Apple store where they checked my watch and said that they couldn't find any hardware issue. Apart from this, my watch's battery get drained quickly even though my watch is not connected to bluetooth the whole day. I have rebooted as well as paired and unpaired my watch but the problem still persists. Please advise on the same

I have the very same issue. Same as the OP the problem started after the latest Watch OS update.

Also, like the OP I have done reboots you no avail. This seems to absolutely be a software issue. Please look into it

I too am having this problem since the 7.4 update and the recent updates have not fixed it.

I little disappointed here that Apple have neither acknowledged the problem or that they are working on a fix.; but I guess this is typical of large organisations like this.

Come on Apple, please sort this issue; it's not a major issue but it's not slick and not what I expect of a quality product.

I use the California watch face and the problem is intermittent.

Has anyone worked out a scenario or set of conditions that reliably causes the flicker so that I can take it back to the Apple shop with some confidence that I can reproduce the problem?

Hi Irina, always same silly unless advice when is obvious that 60+ people having same problem and exploding "google search" same problem mainly not lamers. Please if you have real solution please post it. If you have info when this glitch will be solved welcome to share. ;)

Same issue here AW S6 with latest OS 7.4.1. Seems to be a software bug.

Same issue here since the last two watchOS versions. It ran fine until before.

I have the same issue. Brand new out of the box. Apple should fix this. Cheapens the experience.

I have also this problem, hope Apple fix this in the next upgrade.
