Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

the email address for my apple ID is no longer available, and you say the one I am trying to enter now is not acceptable

i am trying to change my apple ID. The original email address is not longer available. I've tried to change it to one of two of my existing email addresses but you won't accept the change. Your instructions say you'll email me something, but I cannot view any emails on the old address. What can I do now.

If you no longer use the email address that's associated with your Apple ID, you can change it. You won’t lose access to your contacts, purchases, or other account information. Please, follow the instructions below.
