my Apple TV Keeps saying waiting for the update server download in the latest updates well that was like an hour ago and I don’t know what’s going on help

Possibly something is preventing communication with the remote server.
- Have you verified your home network?
- Is internet content available to the Apple TV? Is the internet connection active for the Apple TV?
- Have you tried restarting the router, the Apple TV, and any optional network gear in between?
- Are you using your regular ISP’s DNS?
- What is your current version tvOS, before the update?
