transferring data from a sony cyber shot (DSC-W220) to macbook pro?

which adapter will work with a lexar memory stick pro duo 4 gb (https://www.amazon.com/Memory-Digital-Camera-Cybershot-Cyber-Shot/dp/B0029MJO2M)? is it just the lightning to sd card camera reader (https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MJYT2AM/A/lightning-to-sd-card-camera-reader) or would it be usb-c to sd card reader https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MUFG2AM/A/usb-c-to-sd-card-reader)?

Hi,

You need to get Memory stick to SD card converter, if you use USB-C to SD card adapter.
